FlexStep™ Knee Support Strap
FlexStep™ Knee Support Strap
That sharp pain under your kneecap may not be "just aging."
It may be caused by too much tension pulling on your patellar tendon.
Every step, stair, squat, or pickleball pivot sends force through the tendon beneath your kneecap. When that tendon is under excessive tension, those repeated impacts can create the sharp, burning pain that makes you hesitate, shorten your walks, or sit out activities you love. FlexStep™ applies targeted counterforce directly beneath the kneecap, helping dampen the mechanical strain where you need it, without wrapping your entire leg in a hot, bulky compression sleeve.
Targeted Tendon Support
Not bulky compression. Precise counterforce beneath the kneecap where it matters most.
Stays Put Without The Sweat
A lightweight, breathable design that stays comfortably in place without wrapping your entire leg.
Move With Confidence Again
Low-profile support designed for walking, stairs, golf, pickleball, gardening, and everyday movement.

Don't Let Your Knee Decide What You Do Today.
Everyday movement can start to feel different when your knee isn't cooperating.
You take the stairs a little more carefully. You think twice about a longer walk. You skip the activity you were looking forward to because you don't know how your knee will feel afterward.
That's exactly where targeted support can make a difference.
FlexStep™ is designed to apply focused counterforce beneath the kneecap, helping support the patellar tendon during movement—without wrapping your entire knee in a bulky compression sleeve.
So instead of constantly thinking about your knee, you can focus on where you're going, what you're doing, and who you're doing it with.
Because your knee shouldn't get to decide when you slow down.

I Can Finally Get Through My Day Without Thinking About My Knee.
I love gardening, but getting up and down from the ground had become a real struggle. I didn't want a bulky brace, especially in the warmer months. FlexStep is small, comfortable, and stays where I put it. I can actually spend time in my garden without constantly thinking about my knee.

★★★★★
I Didn't Want To Give Up Golf.
I was starting to cut my golf rounds short because the pain under my kneecap would catch up with me. I tried a full knee sleeve, but it was hot, bulky, and kept slipping. FlexStep is much less noticeable, and I like that the support is focused right where I need it. I'm back to getting through my rounds without constantly thinking about my knee.

Small, Simple, And Much Less Restrictive.
The last thing I wanted was another bulky knee brace that made me feel like I had a serious injury. FlexStep is completely different. It takes seconds to put on, doesn't cover my whole knee, and I can wear it while walking or playing with my grandchildren. For me, the biggest difference is simply feeling more confident when I'm moving.
Why FlexStep™ Is Different From A Traditional Knee Sleeve
