Order Processing Times
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is on its way to your selected address.
During busy periods or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times:
Shipping times vary depending on your location and begin once your order has been dispatched.
United States & Canada: 6-12 working days.
United Kingdom: 6-10 Working days.
Australia: 5-10 Working days.
Europe: 5-12 Working days.
Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control. International shipments may also be subject to customs delays, which can extend delivery times.
Order Changes and Shipping Details:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete details may result in delays or cancellation of your order.
If our system detects an issue with your address, we will contact you within 3 business days to confirm your details. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us at support@bellivian.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to make changes, we cannot guarantee updates after this timeframe.
Delayed Delivery:
We understand how important it is to receive your order on time and we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. However, delays can sometimes occur due to factors outside of our control, such as courier disruptions, severe weather, or customs processing.
In some cases, delays may also be caused by order-related issues such as address verification or payment processing. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Bellivian is not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. However, we will always do our best to keep you informed and assist where possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We understand how frustrating lost or stolen packages can be. Once your order has been handed to the courier, it is no longer under our control.
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at support@bellivian.com and we will assist you as best we can.
We also recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim, as they may require additional information to investigate the issue. We will support you throughout this process and follow up with the courier when needed.
Please note that Bellivian is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and these situations fall outside of our refund policy. In certain cases, we may offer a replacement depending on the circumstances.
