We truly believe in our products and encourage you to use them for at least 14 days to experience the full benefits. If you’re not satisfied for any reason after giving it a fair try, we’re here to help.
Order Changes and Cancellations:
You can request changes or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, your order may already be processed and we may not be able to make changes. If your cancellation is successful within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee:
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee so you can try our product(s) with confidence. We ask that you use the product for at least 14 days before requesting a return, as this allows time to experience the benefits. If you’re still not happy, you can return your item within the 30-day period. Please note that shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Damaged Items:
We take care to ensure your order arrives in great condition. If your item arrives damaged, meaning it is defective or physically broken, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@bellivian.com and include a clear photo of the issue. If approved, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Please note that packaging damage, such as dented boxes with the product in good condition, is not considered damage. We do not cover items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery:
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, once your order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the courier and we cannot control delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors. If you experience any issues with delivery, we recommend contacting the courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we are unable to offer a resend or a refund.
